Problems really bring misery to our life, putting stress into it. How do I solve it? What should I do? I have very little problems, but one of them is creating this blog itself. It really was a very confusing process that I would not have been able to manage by myself. When I first got this assignment, I was shocked and unhappy. I did not have any clue how to create a blog or use it! I immediately thought that I would fail this assignment. The moment I got home, I turned on my computer and went to the blogging website. I played around with it but just could not figure out what to do. All the buttons were so confusing and the process of placing a comment box was just so difficult! I was stressed and angry! I started complaining about the assignment and wishing that it could just be a written assignment. In the end, I decided to call a friend, who is no stranger to blogging. His teachings really help me out a lot. I learnt how to use the blog, how to write a post, and even how to add music to the blog! I had no trouble handling the blog or creating it after he gave me specific instructions. Right now, I am really glad that I asked for his help. That is the reason I have no trouble posting this post!
From this event, I learnt a very valuable lesson. If one does not know how to do something, he should not feel shy to ask for help. It is through asking that people learn and get better. That is one of the best solutions to problems to me. If you are unsure of something, simply ask!

I know that many people have hobbies, although I do not have any. It may be playing computer games, but that would be boring to write about. I continued thinking about what I enjoyed but gave up. It was only today that I realised what I truly enjoyed. Singing!
I did not realise that something I do everyday was really my hobby. Come to think of it, I sing in almost every hour of the day. When I get up, I sing. When I have boring lessons, I sing. When I am doing my homework, I sing. When I am studying, I sing. And even when I am about to sleep, I sing. I really do love singing, and that is why I am in the choir. I only thought of this hobby of mine when I was bathing. I was singing away happily in the toilet and felt really happy I could reach many high notes on that day. It really excited me when I managed to hit a note that I normally could not reach. I spent almost and hour bathing just because I was singing away happily. Every time I managed to sing something beautifully, I think about how I could be a singer! I just jump for joy each time I improve. I do not know why but singing is just so enjoyable as you strive to improve your voice. Many people may think singing is simple, but it really does require a lot of skills. Some examples are diaghram support, and tone.
Just as I finish bathing and grabbed my towel, I started thinking about what my hobby is again. A bulb lit up in my head. I really do love singing and feel that it is something I thoroughly enjoy. That must be it! Singing is my hobby!

Something so amusing and rare happened in school today. It was rather touching as well. I wonder if I could turn the event into a short movie. It all started as the mathematics lesson started. It was just as boring as usual when suddenly, a bird flew into the classroom. It shocked the class and everyone started screaming! The yellow bird was frightened by the scream and tried to fly out the window. It tried hard but could not get out because the windows on top could not be open. I suddenly felt that the bird was so stupid as it did not just fly out the window just below it, which was opened widely. After a while, it started chirping loudly, as if calling for help. That was when i felt a sense of pity for the bird. It was just like a lost baby. The bird continued chirping on the window for a long time and the lesson continued, although everyone was engrossed with looking at the bird. I even joked around by saying that it might call for its family and the whole class would be filled with birds. Everyone laughed out loud upon hearing what I said! just when the lesson was about to end, another bird flew close to the classroom. It looked bigger and seemed like the trapped bird's mother. The scene was so sad and touching! The mother bird sat outside the window chirping at the baby bird but the baby bird simply could not go out. There was a point of time when the mother bird also flew into the class, but soon flew out because of the screams of excitement the class made.
In the end the baby bird saw how the mother bird flew out and followed behind. It was such a touching scene! everyone the the class clapped as the birds happily flew to the trees as a pair!

The whole incident started out after school, when many people were on their way home. I was going to go out for lunch with my friend and we happily walked together to the bus-stop. We even thought that we were lucky to catch the bus just on time. It all turned out that it was not all that lucky.
Because many people were dismissed, the bus was overloaded, tightly pack like sardines. I was rather annoyed because it seemed like there were many seats at the back of the bus. However, when i took a close look, it turn out that there was an old man who was taking up many of the seats at the back by stretching out and resting his leg on the chairs, indifferent to the people who were staring at him. I felt very unhappy and disturbed by his inconsiderate actions. I wished I had the courage to walk over and scold him for his inconsiderate behavior, but I was just too timid. I suddenly feel a sense of regret for not asking him to be more gracious. I feel that it is because of bystanders like me, who do not speak up, that cause inconsiderate people to continue their acts. How I wish time could be turned back and I could stop his actions. You can never guess what else he did which made me cringe in disgust! He actually stuck two fingers up his nostrils and started digging it in a violent and disgusting manner. The worst has yet to come! He even rubbed his dirty fingers against the glass window after digging his nose. This made me feel so dirty, after leaning on the glass windows to sleep on several occasions!
When the bus arrived at the stop where he needed to get off, he pressed bus stopping button incessantly, as if the bus driver could not hear the alarm sent by the button. He pushed and shoved his way through the crowd and shouted in a rude manner. He shouted for the people to "siam" in other words move away, but in a very rude tone. I was utterly shocked and angered by his actions on the bus and totally loss my appetite. I really hope that Singapore will not come to a day were people are all ungracious in public transport. What would foreigners think of Singapore? Nothing more than just and inconsiderate and ungracious country.

Today , the 15th of January was definitely a very special and memorable day for me. And I know that it was much more special to my cousin. Today, my cousin Loujia got married! It was the first wedding that I attended. It was definitely a very interesting but tiring day.
The Funny Morning Start
The day started as my alarm clock rang as early as 6am in the morning! I hopped out of bed excitedly, knowing that I was going to play a part in my cousin's special day. I was actually going to help open the car door for the groom! It was so exciting, and I kept wondering about the big red packet I might receive. My father drove me to my cousin's place and we could not find the right house unit at first! It all turned out that my father mistook the number 8 for a 6! What a waste of time! When we got there my cousin's mother opened the door for us and I could easily see how happy she was on that day. She was smiling so brightly. I took a peak at my cousin in her gown and she was simply gorgeous! She even wore heals that made her look so tall! There were professional photographers in the house at that time and I was impressed by the amount of equipment they had with them. Once the phone rang to inform us that the groom has arrived, i dashed down the flat immediately after grabbing 2 oranges to present to the groom. It was only when I got down that I realised that the photographers had forgotten to come down. We phoned the photographer and she got down in a while. I was rather nervous as I did not know what I was supposed to do. The adults instructed me to simply open the car door for the groom and I did so. In the end I was rewarded with a big "Ang Bao" or red packet. My father and I went up shortly before the groom, as he was waiting for his brothers. And I suddenly feel so relieved that I went up first! The groom was teased by the bridesmaids and the whole gang was locked out. They offered "ang pao"s but the group of girls were not satisfied. They forced the guys to eat some disgusting snacks! How lucky I was to be inside the house! The first "dish" consisted of sour plums with lemon juice! Eww just the thought of it makes me sick! The second "dish" consisted of white chocolate bars with honey, sprinkled with a huge mountain of sugar! It's not really surprising if one of the guys suddenly got diabetes. The third "dish" was a cup of bitter gourd juice! It looked utterly disgusting! I wonder how they managed to gulp it all down. The girls even called the guys sissies when they resisted. It was so hilarious I laughed out loudly! But in the end, the thoughtful girls brought the guys a cup of mouthwash each so that they do not smell. The funny thing is, one of the guys actually thought it was yet another "dish" and drank the mouthwash! It was so funny that I started jumping about! I actually thought they were surely going to be let in now, after doing so much, but no! They were forced to do funny things like dancing like a chicken before finally getting let in. The groom quickly dashed to the bride's room to fetch her. He tried to carry her out but almost fell! It was so funny!
How sweet!
We soon went to attend to solemnization of my young couple. It was rather boring but got very exciting when the kissed in the end! I felt so happy for my cousin! We soon proceeded to the grand ball room to have the wedding lunch. The food sure took long to serve but it was so delicious. It was such a pity that I could not enjoy most of the food because of my braces. During the feast, my cousin and her partner appeared for a performance which was so interesting! They pretended to act out roles of their home-made movie while dancing! It was just so amazing. After so, they presented songs to each other and family members. It was just so touching! At the end of the day, I was utterly exhausted from the day and fell asleep while on the way back home. I collapsed on my bed when I got back home but decided to wake up to update my blog and share this wonderful experience with all of you!
Yesterday, my braces broke once again. I actually swallowed the bracket without knowing! All this because of the "hard fish". I also arranged maths tuition with my classmate because my grades are dropping. I am really excited and do not know what to expect. I hope the teacher is good!
